Integrated Curriculum

Surveying BiodiversityOur curriculum integrates real-world environmental concepts into all disciplines.

We live in a universe, not a multiverse.  Science class should not be a separate entity from math class or English class or any other class.  At Ivy, classes are not mutually exclusive.  Students can easily see this in the Ivy classroom because of the integrated vocabulary root words we study school-wide.  They also have the visual reinforcement of timelines in each classroom which highlight anthropological accomplishments in each subject, creating a common thread, or common backbone upon which students can relate all material studied in each course.
