This form should be used to file bus complaints pertaining to bus service which relates to threatened student safety. Complaints made on this form are required to be reported to the superintendent and other state authorities, with investigation and followup reporting. Each report takes hours of attention to process. We absolutely want to know if our students’ safety is threatened. We also absolutely want to use our time wisely.

If you have a simple request, want to suggest something, or comment about something that may need attention, this is not the platform to use. Please call the school and leave a message for administration if you have a simple request or comment. For example, if another student treated your student inappropriately on the bus, report to administration. Do not use this form. For example, if you feel a bus driver did not communicate appropriately to your student, but there was no threat to student safety, report to administration.
