We are excited to announce details about Ivy Academy’s 2024 Yeti Fest! Mark your calendars for December 5th, from 6-8 pm. This delightful holiday event is designed for the families of Ivy Academy and Skillern Elementary students and staff, fostering a spirit of togetherness and celebration. This event promotes shopping local, community, and showcases some of our school’s programs and clubs.

Vendor Information:

Where: Booths will be set up in the Markum Building at Ivy Academy. (8520 Dayton Pike, Soddy Daisy, TN 37379) The tables we have set up are mostly 90 by 14 inches, and will have a tablecloth and sitting area for you. The spaces are generally 7.5 by 3 feet, but we can accommodate other needs which you can tell us about below.

Times: The actual shopping time is from 6-8 PM on December 5. 2024 and must run the entire time. You will be able to set up any time after 1:30 PM the day of. Set up assistance will be available from 4-6 pm. Your booth must be broken down by 9 PM. 

Booth Cost: Booth Fees are free for non-profits and student groups. We request a donation of around $20 from booths selling items to help pay for the set-up costs of the event. You can pay Ivy Academy with cash, check, or card. You can pay at the front office in advance, send in a check, or pay the night of the event. See Holly Slater. 

This is an application. You will receive an email by November 22, 2024 to notify you of your acceptance. Booth applications may be turned in until November 20, 2024.
